The AxiBlade series from ebm-papst offers higher performance and higher efficiency, with a lower noise level, than the proven HyBlade axial fans.

AxiBlade axial fans consist of a FlowGrid, a wall ring, the impeller, a GreenTech EC motor, electronics, a guide vane and a protective grille.

The guide vane increases the air performance and the FlowGrid reduces the noise level (rotary sound). The impeller can increase efficiency thanks to its profiled blade geometry and winglets. This impeller optimisation also reduces the noise level.

With this system, ebm-papst offers a reduction in sound pressure of up to 8 dB(A).

Axiblade axial fans are used in condensers, cooling towers, evaporators, transformer stations, catch grids, heat pumps, oil coolers, process cooling systems and many other areas.

We offer not only standard products, but also customised special versions. These can include, for example, a wider temperature range, customised programming or a special cable and connector design.

The blades are flow-optimized so that they offer higher efficiency at a lower noise level compared to conventional blades. An optional control system can be used to improve the noise values depending on the area of use and application.

In addition, ebm-papst HyBlade axial fans are characterized by optimized efficiency, improved corrosion protection, low weight and environmentally friendly production with a favorable energy balance.

The axial fans are used in almost all sectors for refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation technology as well as in mechanical engineering, for heat pumps and much more.
